To comply with enhanced payment security requirements, our payment processor, Stripe, will require all customers to re-enter any saved credit card or bank account payment information and re-establish any automatic payment settings associated with credit cards beginning June 1, 2026, after 10:00 a.m. HST.
If these updates are not completed, automatic payments using credit cards and one-time online payments will not be processed successfully after 10:00 a.m. HST on June 1, 2026.
Important: Automatic bill payments established directly with the Department of Water using a bank account will not be affected. Only automatic credit card payment arrangements set up through this online portal require action.
