Due to enhanced payment security requirements, beginning June 1, 2026, our payment provider, Stripe, requires all customers to re-enter any saved credit card or bank account payment methods and re-establish any automatic bill payment settings currently set up with credit cards.
If these updates are not completed, automatic payments made with credit cards and one-time online payments will not process successfully after June 1, 2026.
Please note: automatic bill payments set up directly through the Department of Water using a bank account are not affected. Only automatic credit card payments configured through this online portal require action.
