To support security enhancements our payment processor, Stripe, will require all customers to re-enter any saved credit card or bank account payment information and re-establish any automatic payment settings associated with credit cards beginning July 1, 2026.
Customers who do not complete these updates may be unable to process one-time online payments or automatic payments made by credit card from July 1st, 2026.
Important: Automatic bill payments established directly with the Department of Water using a bank account will not be affected. Only automatic credit card payment arrangements set up through this online portal require action. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to implement these important security enhancements.
