Attention Electronic Billing Users: Our former electronic billing service will be discontinued on August 30, 2019.
To better serve you, we now offer a new Customer Service Portal with enhanced online features and a new credit and debit card payment option. All existing electronic billing users must re-register for the Customer Account Portal in order to continue to access the Department of Water’s online account services.
If you are currently signed up for Auto Bill Pay (ABP), no action is required. The ABP service will remain active and will not be affected by the discontinued electronic billing service on August 30,2019.
