We are currently experiencing an issue with the One Time Payment function that we are working
to resolve. In the meantime, if you have a valid credit card and are receiving a 402 error
code when trying to make a one-time payment, please save the credit card as a Payment Method
(through the Payment Method tab) and try and submit the payment again. Sorry for the
inconvenience
